How do I book?
Pick your dates from the home page or the Stays page, choose a flat, fill in guest details, and pay securely by card. You will get a confirmation email within seconds.
Why book direct rather than through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Same flat, often a better total. Booking through a portal adds a 15 to 18 percent commission that we have to bake into the displayed rate. Booking direct removes that. You also get the host on email, not an app’s automated assistant.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before check-in. 50 percent refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before. Inside 7 days, no refund. The full details are on the Cancellation Policy page.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later is sometimes possible. Email us and we will check the cleaning schedule.
How do I get the keys?
Self-check-in via a key safe at the property. You will get the address and access code by email the day before arrival.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the flat. Some are pet-friendly and a small extra fee applies. Email us before booking if you plan to bring a pet, and we will tell you which flats currently accept them.
Is parking available?
It varies by flat. Many central Cambridge flats are best reached by train or taxi from the station, with no parking nearby. The city centre is largely pedestrianised. Each flat listing notes parking availability for that specific property.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices on the site are the price you pay. VAT is included where it applies.
What happens if I need to change my dates?
Email us. Date changes are usually free if the new dates are available in the same flat. If the new dates have a higher rate, the difference is payable.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
For most flats yes, in the entrance area of the building. Tell us in advance so we can confirm and let the cleaner know.
