Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours, urgent things still reach us. Everything else gets a reply the next morning.
About your booking
If you already have a booking with us, the fastest way to reach us is to reply to your confirmation email. That puts your booking reference straight in front of us and saves a back-and-forth to identify which flat you mean.
For anything else (questions about a flat, the city, your dates, parking, late check-in), email or call. We’d rather you ask before you book than guess and be surprised.
Where we are
We’re a Cambridge company. Most of our flats sit within the centre, with a few in the quieter neighbourhoods at the edges and one in Peterborough. The map below shows the city. We don’t list a public street address (the office is the owner’s, and we’d rather keep it that way), but the flat addresses are emailed when you book.
